We are happy to share these beautiful photos from one of our recent weddings hosted at The Hope Botanical Gardens in Kingston Jamaica.

It’s no secret I have a fascination with and compulsion to take pictures of my clients with vehicles: trains, buses, boats, helicopters, golf carts, even lawn mowers.
When our clients mentioned that they wanted some of their wedding pictures to be taken at a fire station, we were all too happy to oblige. When we found out we could use the largest fire truck in Jamaica as a prop, things got interesting.
Location: York Park Fire station, Kingston Jamaica
Since I learnt that Eden Gardens Wellness Resort & Spa in Kingston Jamaica had their rooms and facilities renovated, I wanted to photograph a wedding at that location.
I finally got an opportunity to last year and the images below are the end result. The couple wanted to do their formals at the nearby Hope Gardens. When we got to the Gardens however, the sun was already set. This would not deter us as our lighting kit allowed us to get memorable images for our clients albeit in the dark.

Last month I finally got an opportunity to photograph a wedding at the Caymanas Golf Club. I had heard rumors of its beauty and the dreaded high wooden ceiling in the reception hall that is a headache for photographers. The results of my first encounter with this venue are below. Recently, we’ve been experimenting with new locations for our photo shoots, so we haven’t done many at Hope Gardens. When our clients asked that their wedding engagement photo shoot be done in the garden, we really thought about how we could use this very popular location in a new and interesting way (to us at least).
Our couple had tons of fun and we are very pleased with the end results.
