A Legend, A Piano and a Bottle of Water

Jamaica Jazz and Blues 2013 saw some stellar performances but none will be as memorable from the last night’s line up as John Legend. Of course Dionne Warwick was great, Romain Virgo brought the house down, and Monica did her thing.

There is however something special when an artist, with no band and no back-up singers can entrance an audience with just his voice and melodious chords from his piano. If you don’t believe me, check out the video below where, like a master puppeteer, Mr.  Legend commands a throng of his female fans with his hits like Tonight and Ordinary People.

I can see that you are excited and I didn’t even mention his onstage collaborations with Morgan Heritage and Taurrus Riley.
